Refund & Cancellation Policy

Website payments are not currently enabled. This policy applies when EXYLVYIA accepts payment for an educational programme and is read with the applicable programme terms.

Demo-Class Refund

A learner may request a refund after attending up to two demo classes if the learner does not understand the concepts, provided the request is emailed to contactus@exylvyia.com within three calendar days of joining.

• The learner must stop attending additional classes after the two demo classes.
• Continuing with any additional class cancels this demo-refund option.
• An eligible refund may be initiated within 15 calendar days after approval and verification.
• The refund will be returned through the payment method or process communicated by EXYLVYIA.

Other Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, withdrawals and transfers for other programmes depend on the written programme terms communicated before enrolment. Academic performance, a change of preference or non-attendance does not automatically create a refund right, subject to mandatory rights under applicable Indian law.

How to Request

Email the request with the learner name, parent or guardian name, programme, joining date, payment details and reason for the request. EXYLVYIA may verify the request before deciding it.
